Mercy Corps is a non-governmental organization that believes in secure, productive communities that emerge through engagement of private, public, and civil society sectors that are able to interact with accountability, inclusive participation and mechanisms in pursuit of improvement of smallholder farmer's livelihoods. Change can be achieved through having access to innovative technologies that enhance farmer participation on the market. The group will provide Mercy Corps with a forum to interact with private, public and civil society actors with the same goal of improving smallholder farmer livelihoods through improvement of production and market access.
